ahhh the company used to be really good a few years back, it used to be a goldmine, you would get like 30% of your art profit, before i started there. But now its not the greatest, last summer i would do about like 15-25 ish, but now its like 10. Its preety much a minimum wage job, for first year artists. I found two caricatures i did that SUCk from like my first two days, im gona put em on my blog soon. If you start at a park or party events stuff, you would get better fast if your open to it.

Happy belated birthday! I liked your caricature stuff, and i just updated my blog last night with some rather new and few old stuff.
Working at a theme park drawing people is like getting paid to learn alot. The other artists will hopefully greatly influence you to get better, most of the ones at my park do, but some just want to make huge paychecks which isnt bad, but we have one dude whos just a evil money machine. But drawing older people, kids and all that good stuff is really good expirience. Its easy to get better if you just keep going trying new things, dont isolate yourself to any way of drawing someones face, have fun and do it for yourself. Hope i dont sound lame but i would like to see you post up alot more stuff! Cheers!
Sorry for all the text
